Breakfast with the Maestro!

What an unforgettable experience! Our stay only a block away from the beautiful Troy Savings Bank Music Hall was enhanced when we unexpectedly shared breakfast with the National Orchestra of Ukraine. The staff went out of their way to ensure our breakfast was enjoyable. We’ll definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers!

i recently stayed for one night and was impressed. the breakfast featured fresh fruit toppings, flavorful scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon, exceeding my expectations from my last stay in troy. the staff was incredibly accommodating to our group of cyclists and made the stay feel special.

the hot food at breakfast was lukewarm.

The hotel was a delightful stay for our family, with a comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast that my kids loved. We enjoyed our evenings at the nearby downtown, which had great dining options, making it convenient after long days of exploring.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more supervision for safety. It would be great to have more family-oriented activities on-site for the kids as well.

Request a room away from the wedding party noise for a more peaceful stay on weekends.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even gave me great local taxi advice during my first stay. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for a business trip!

Beautifully decorated lobby and rooms with stunning details like power drapes and a TV in the mirror. The Plaza suite features an enormous soaking tub and a wrap-around balcony, perfect for a special occasion.

There were a few hiccups during my stay. The heat in the room felt dry, so we opted for lower temperatures to stay comfortable. Additionally, we dealt with a random TV shutoff in the middle of the night, which was annoying. The shower lacked a grab bar, making it slippery and a bit dangerous for anyone needing extra stability, especially for older guests like us. The breakfast left much to be desired, with cold scrambled eggs and consistently low supplies, along with broken machines for waffles and yogurt. Lastly, we were disappointed when a fire alarm went off, and it turned out to be a recurring issue that weekend, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

excellent access to parks and historic sites for weekend strolls

During my stay, I loved that I was just a few steps from Brown's Brewing Company and only a short walk to the Hart-Cluett Mansion, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local eats and attractions. the spacious room I had was a nice retreat after my city strolls, featuring great amenities like a coffee maker and mini fridge.

the check-in process was a bit slow. but the breakfast was outstanding! ! fresh eggs, crispy bacon, and delicious yogurt with fruit made mornings great. the staff was super friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome.
